Our menu features a selection of seafood, Kyushu specialties, and horse meat dishes, including a five-kind sashimi platter with a focus on freshness, two types of horse sashimi (an essential part of Kumamoto's local cuisine), and grilled red chicken on a ceramic plate, as well as salad chikuwa tempura, dengaku (miso-glazed skewers) with Kumamoto vegetables, and horse meat simmered in soy sauce in chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).It's also recommended for gatherings with colleagues or friends, or for meals while on business trips.
